Ma So Sayartawgyi and address formally about Ma Haw Tha Dar High School
(Mandalay) in details. Sayartawgyi gladly accepted and give a speech to form
committee and planning systemically. On 30.11.2016, Sayartawgyi donated 5000000
kyats and went to check the land for school. Sayartawgyi is the chairman of
Mandalay Ma Ba Tha Association and the first founder of Bya Ma So Association.
