5th time child-centered Yin
Kyay Lain Mar Graduation Ceremony, leading and opening by Myint Myo Parami
Sayardaw A Shin Pan Ni Ta “Sãsãnã Hi Ta Ka Ya Traveling Dhamma Lecture” was
held at Yay Oo Monastery, Han Myint Mo San Pya Village, Kyauk Se Township in
Mandalay Division. The sanghas led by Mandalay Division
Sangha Patron Association Chairman Sayardaw Ven Vicitta Bhivamsa and Chief
Secretary Sayardaw Ven Zaw Ti Kar Bhivamsa were attended to the ceremony. The
chairman sayardaw was given sila to audience and delivered the doctrines by Ni
Rote Hit sayardaws.
The secretary sayardaw was delivered the sermon of pouring
water. Before the ceremony, talking with two
Division Sangha Patron Sayardaws in friendly ways. Under one law and authority,
one of the monks is facing in trouble of noble-silence under pressured by
the regional authorities but another one
is being able to preach to the audience who barely breaking the law.
