September 23, 2016 – afternoon,
Arrived
to Ka Lay airport. Send off by the MA BA THA’s senior and junior monks from Ka
Lay and the patriots. Ka Lay MA BA THA’s office is open at Mingalar Garden
Monastery (the place of writer stayed at Ka Lay). Their constitution and
working procedure is better than our Mandalay MA BA THA office. And the office
is also impressive.
They
are doing Dhamma School and Yin Kyay Lain Mar Trainings as their priority. We
found out they are joint with the in charge Sayartaw(s) and making the schedule
of specify Dhamma School’s zone.
