He
lived in 61 street of Kan Thar Yar, Muslim quarter, Mya Yee Nandar new town in
Chan Mya Thar Se Township. The rapist boy was born from the Muslim parents name
by U Phyo Maung Maung (father) and Daw Yin Yin Aye (mother).
His
father U Phyo Maung Maung was in prison for dope case. Grade 10 student “Muslim
Paing Phyo Thu, raped his neighbor the student of Grade 5 (8 years old girl)
with severe behaviors.
The
day on 24.7.2016, 7 am, the victim girl's mother was went off to market for
selling and the girl was being raped while she was together with her brother 11
years old boy.
At
that time the two cousins are in bed and her brother 11 years old boy was
stranglehold by the rapist and tell him to stay turn back position and the
rapist was raped inhumanely and roughly to the victim girl.
They
were just neighbors and the victim girl's brother can't defend cause of their
body frames. He
was stranglehold by the rapist and he was afraid of going to die.
Before,
the victim girl had been bullied and now she is crying and suffering by the
rapist again. The
victim girl's uncle was complained for justice and the rapist was arrested. Her
mother is a Shan Da Nu ethnic, living as a vegetable seller and she is a widow
