age of 37 and lived in 86 street of 25×26, Yay Kyi Quarter in Aung Myay Thar
San Township, Mandalay. She was
falling in love with U Moe Tin since she was 19. Since the year in 1998, U Tin
Moe was over 40 years old and they were neighbors so they become in a
relationship each other.
They lived together until 2015, when the girl
said “marry me” to him, he gives reason about her education and at that time
she wasn't graduated, when she graduated, he also gives reason for their own
business and made her to wait then that girl tried for a long time, he makes
believe by her for adding her in his household list. He has a planned for catching
her such a single. He lied about his
marriage for 20 years, his wife name is Mee Mee (or) Nyunt Nyunt Khin and no
one knows where his wife lived in or had any children.
The girl is being
graduated with Economy major from (Yangon University). She learned LCCI (first year) in Yangon,
after that she plan to attend school at England but she can’t go because she
didn’t get visa. She had never been
taken any money helps from this Chinese man but she has a good pure
relationship for this man so she waiting him.
But she isn't lucky enough after appearance of
that Chinese man's wife Mee Mee, but this girl family is worthy enough in
business and shameful though in religion too so Mee Mee's appearance just
affected that girl's family for knowing their relationship.
That Chinese man U Tin Moe is an owner of various different
business of Simple Jewellery, Chit Lee jewel excavation and NAGOYA Restaurants. Simple Jewellery is located in 27×28, 81 street
and NAGOYA is located in 24/ 65×66 Street. Chit Lee Company has a only license, not
opening office.
So she sue him at the court on August 2015. Now
they faced section of an Act 417 at Chan Aye Thar San court. She feels unreliability about court and her lawyer. The
lawyer she hire is not on her side. The judge shout her and also shout to her
lawyer at court. The judge didn’t examine the case and make appointment
frequently. So she was trouble for calling witness.
She didn’t feels right about this and she came to Man MABATHA
for help.
